- Who needs a sponsored E-ICAM account?
- Any Army IT user who does not possess a Common Access Card (CAC)
- How do Army IT users without CAC obtain a sponsor?
- - Possess a DoD CAC
- - Brach of Service is Army
- - Personnel Type Code (PTC) is one of the following: MIL, CIV or NAF
- - Is a U.S. Citizen
- - Is an Officer or Warrant Officer OR their pay grade is equal or greater than E7, GS12, NH03 and NJ04
- - Possess a DoD CAC
- - Brach of Service is Army
- - Personnel Type Code (PTC) MIL
- - Is a U.S. Citizen
- - Pay grade is equal or greater than E7 - including officers
